Orders placed on BulovaComputron.com will not be accepted for resale or other commercial use, and may only be shipped for delivery within the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico). We are unable to ship internationally. All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENT BulovaComputron.com accepts cryptocurrency through BitPay only. As of March 10, 2022, BitPay accepts 13 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), XRP [excluding United States], and 5 USD-pegged stable coins (BUSD, DAI, GUSD, USDC, and USDP). RETURNS For refunds in amounts based upon pricing currency (e.g. the fiat price for the applicable goods/services), BitPay will convert the value of the currency in which the item was priced to the applicable cryptocurrency using the exchange rate at the time the refund is sent to the Shopper. BulovaComputron.com is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value, and will only issue a refund value based on the exchange rate at the time of refund. We can only accept returns of products in original condition (unworn, with original packaging, and any removed links included) and purchased from BulovaComputron.com. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. Expedited shipping charges are Non-Refundable. SHIPPING & DELIVERY All orders, including expedited orders, will be shipped from our facility within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday. Orders placed on an official holiday will begin processing the following business day. All Bulova timepieces will ship via UPS Ground service. Bulova does not charge for Ground shipping. If you wish to expedite your order, the following charges will apply: UPS 2nd Day shipping: $15.00 TRACKING As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, if there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you encounter any problems with your watch, please retain all packaging and documentation and contact us immediately at customercare@bulova.com or call to speak to a Customer Care Service Representative at (800) 228-5682. CANCELLATIONS If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled. |
